For 2020, SFDK switched up their Halloween event, replacing Fright Fest with a family friendly Halloween event with extra precautions taken because of the pandemic. The event features special runnings of popular SFDK animal shows and toned down scare zones throughout the park.

Join the dolphins of Dolphin Harbor for a special Halloween Bash! Watch these amazing animals as they do fun Halloween activities like candy apple bobbing, judging a costume contest and even dancing to Halloween music!
Dolphin Tails From the Deep
Come to Toyota Stadium to listen to 3 creepy Halloween tales: the Ghost Ship, the Sea Witch and the Skeleton Trickster. The best part of all? All of the stories are acted out by dolphins! This might be replacing Soaked but don't worry, you can still get soaked!
The Wildlife Halloween Experience
Replacing the Wildlife Experience is this special edition show featuring Halloween animals. Come down to the theater and get up close and personal with black cats, bats, (gila) monsters and many more animals!
SFDK Ghoul School
It's tough work learning to be a ghoul. Luckily SFDK has a top notch school staffed by a fantastic set of pinnipeds. Come down to the show and watch the animals try to turn a human into a ghoul!
Scare Zones
Replacing traditional scare zones this year are a more socially distant alternative providing spooky decorations and the opportunity to take photos at a safe distance with scareactors.
Toxic Terror
What lurks among industrial waste containers? Come find out behind Toyota Stadium if you dare!
Scarecrows Hollow
Standing in between the Toyota Stadium plaza and the steps next to Kong is a scarecrow infested pathway. Take the long way past the stairs and come face to face with some live scarecrows!
Mt. Rotting Cemetary
What undead creatures lie in between DC Universe and the front of the park? Come face to face with them among the tombstones if you dare!
