Grizzly

Grizzly

A wooden roller coaster

Description

Grizzly lurks at the back of the park beckoning riders with its dense wooden support structure. Once guests get there they are given a wild ride with some great views of the rest of the park. Even though it's not as easy to see as other rides, don't skip Grizzly the next time you're at CGA!

Intensity Guide

Grizzly Intensity

Grizzly gets a 2/5 intensity. Grizzly lacks the intensity of larger inverting rides like Flight Deck or Railblazer and is also a step below more kinetic wooden coasters like Gold Striker. The sequencing of the coaster leads itself to drops followed by slower turnarounds. This gives riders time to catch their breath and get ready for the next drop, as opposed to the rapid fire thrills of other rides. This is a great first adult coaster for aspiring thrill seekers.
